Refund & Return, Cancellation Policy


We, at The Organic Supplies, are working hard tirelessly to provide you with the highest level of customer satisfaction. Our products once opened cannot be repackaged or resold due to high level of commitment to quality. We do not accept returns on open merchandise. However, only in unusual circumstances, if the product is damaged during product delivery then we offer replacement of the product. Product damage should be reported to us within 12 hours. You have to self-ship the product to our address. We will issue a store of Rs.150 in your wallet account or special Discount coupon of one time use. Is Provided which you can use for future purchases. Once we receive the product, we will perform quality checks and issue replacement/store credit as per your requirement. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened or used products. The Organic supplies is not responsible for damage after delivery of product. Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete. All claims for damages or missing items must be reported to customer service within 12 hours of delivery. Damages caused upon negligence or incorrect application cannot be covered under the Returns Policy.
No exchange or return can be processed in case of allergies/skin reactions, dislikes of fragrance or color variations.
We highly recommend checking the ingredients list in case of known allergies and performing a patch test prior to use to check for unknown allergies.

Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed through can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. Post completion of 2 hours, orders will not be cancelled and no refunds will be made.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. You can wishlist your favourite product, once they are instock you will receive an automated mail from our end and you can place your order in one click.

Site Transactions

All the orders placed will be processed and dispatched from the studio in 1-2 working days on the stock available.


You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully processed. You may check the status of your order at anytime by logging into your account.


We will send replacements if product is found damaged. Complaints must be received within 12 hours of delivery. If complaints are approved, we will shipped item replacements soon after. For unapproved complaints, you can send the items back to our office at your expense. If the error is found to be ours, we will send the replacements and reimburse the shipping fee.

Payment Options

We accept bank transfer, debit card and PayTM along with Visa & MasterCard Credit Card. Please take a look of the final amount before confirming as we do not refund any payment.

Processing Time

Orders of in-stock items are shipped from our studio within 2 business days after payment received.

Exchange & Returns

Exchange and Returns are not acceptable and we do not transfer funds back into your account.
